For our Commercial Operations team, we're looking for a _Business Support Assistant_ to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting our consulting departments in gaining and maintaining all administrative activities related to sales duties related to current and new commercial opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal Sales and Consulting local teams to create all the contracts for Italian Sales department, checking billing and payment terms of each one

- Execute operational initiatives such as setting Billing Notification Forms and submission as required

- Support the creation of a new contract management tool and then manage it for contracts creation

- Manage digital signature tools

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires 1 year's relevant experience at least; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

- Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (World, Power Point, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Good knowledge of English and Fluent Italian

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent team working but also ability to work independently

- Ability to maintain demanding timelines
