BorgWarner Torino is looking for a Sales Support / Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Professional administrative support for the Sales Team handling all organizational matters of the department
- Coordinating, planning, and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events
- Competent point of contact for both management-level customers and colleagues
- Preparing and following up on meetings, creating documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Coordinating and independently implementing projects
- Correspondence in English and Italian
- Planning, executing, and coordinating business trips for the Sales Director and the Sales Team
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with relevant professional experience and/or a bachelor's degree
- Professional experience in a comparable position in a globally operating company
- Independent working style, including the autonomous handling of specific areas
- High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent English skills as well as strong communication abilities (German can be considered a plus)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self Leadership - Authonomous - Proactive - Always willing to help
