Responsibilities: Professional administrative support for the Sales Team handling all organizational matters of the department Coordinating, planning, and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events Competent point of contact for both management-level customers and colleagues Preparing and following up on meetings, creating documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Coordinating and independently implementing projects Correspondence in English and Italian Planning, executing, and coordinating business trips for the Sales Director and the Sales Team Your Profile: Successfully completed commercial training with relevant professional experience and/or a bachelor's degree Professional experience in a comparable position in a globally operating company Proficient in using Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, and willing to learn new programs Independent working style, including the autonomous handling of specific areas High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking Excellent English skills as well as strong communication abilities (German can be considered a plus) Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Self Leadership - Autonomous - Proactive - Always willing to help J-18808-Ljbffr
