YOU WILL VIBE WITH US Within the Partnership Directorate, which is responsible for overseeing and expanding the usability network of our solutions, we are looking for a Sales Support and Tender Specialist. The goal is to support the Sales team in activities related to managing tenders, selling our services, and commercial back-office tasks.

The candidate will be actively engaged in the following activities:

End-to-end onboarding process of acquired partners, in synergy with various company functions such as Marketing, IT, Operations. Management of all activities related to tenders. Network analysis, identification of go-to-market strategy in synergy with all involved BUs. Sharing activities and training with the sales force, preparing materials to support these activities. Reporting and monitoring results in line with deadlines and shared objectives. Preparation of reports aimed at geolocating the network. Management and oversight of relationships with all strategic partners. Constant interface with Sales figures and all inter-company functions. Participation in automation projects for tenders aimed at creating process efficiencies. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for all team activities. 1 year of experience in similar roles or commercial back-office. Bachelor's or Master's degree. Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Good knowledge of the English language. Nice to have: experience using Salesforce.
