The role We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant who realize the correct processing of all incoming orders and all associated activities like information and complaints, aiming at the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and support the Commercial Department with executing commercial related administrative tasks Do you want to contribute to a workforce that is passionate about making a positive environmental impact?

Your key responsibilities will include: 1.

Delivery and collection of orders Provide the whole processing of the orders in order to satisfy the customer informing all parts involved in the delivery chain.

Commercial support Execute administrative tasks.

To be the commercial back office of the sales department to support it in reaching the commercial goals.

3.

Complaint Process Execute the whole processing of the complaints and informing all involved parties in such a way that preventive and corrective measurements can be taken in time.
