**The role

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant who realize the correct processing of all incoming orders and all associated activities like information and complaints, aiming at the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and support the Commercial Department with executing commercial related administrative tasks

Your key responsibilities will include:

**_ 1. Delivery and collection of orders _

Provide the whole processing of the orders in order to satisfy the customer informing all parts involved in the delivery chain.

**_2. Commercial support _

Execute administrative tasks. To be the commercial back office of the sales department to support it in reaching the commercial goals.

**_3. Complaint_

**_Process _

Execute the whole

processing of the complaints and informing all involved parties in such a way

that preventive and corrective measurements can be taken in time.

**Skills & Requirements**:

**You

- You have a proven track record in Customer Management. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of sales best practices, and a strategic mindset. Moreover, you are an approachable and collaborative person, capable of aligning sales initiatives with organizational objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. _

**Further**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a comparable role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian and Croatian (B2 level).

- You are proficient with Microsoft 365 and SAP.
