As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by:Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage requests, processes, and orders efficiently. Overseeing the complete Order-to-Cash process, from order collection through to final invoicing. Responding to client inquiries regarding stock availability, expected delivery dates, order status, and more. Handling after-sales activities, including managing return requests, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Facilitating collaboration between our Belgian headquarters and the Italian office, ensuring adherence to the company's best practices. Organizing and booking shipments for samples and marketing materials. ProfileYou bring relevant experience from a similar role, showcasing your expertise. You are dedicated, driven by passion, and always eager to grow and learn. You possess proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
