As Sales Support Contact Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring and enhancing throughout Contact visits, Lead Generation, availability and visibility of Philip Morris International (PMI) products (Heets and Combustible) in Point of Sales (POS) appointed to sell our products.
The visits at POS will be carried out remotely with contact visits with a capillary and high frequency activity.
Finally, you will run new projects on PMI's initiatives and you will be fully involved in tests.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensure optimal availability and levels of stock of our brands in the assigned list of Point of Sales to optimize product distribution; support new launches according to given Sales and Marketing guidance and in line with assigned market share and volume objectives.
- Actively support lead generation and enhance visibility of PM brands at assigned points of sales through B2B communication in the most effective way
- Ensure timely and accurate registration and transmission of performed activities in our Systems.
Insert/update any key sale and retailer-related information in compliance with defined procedures.
Carry out in a timely and accurate manner any assigned administrative and reporting duty.
- Manage any assigned yearly budget as agreed with Supervisor and in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
Ensure effective and efficient allocation of any available resource/tool as well as constant tracking of relevant use/expenditures.
- Enhance and maintain the image of the Company, as a responsible and preferred business partner, in any activity and/or relationship with third parties.
Ensure constant compliance with all Philip Morris International applicable policies and procedures.
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree
- A previous commercial experience will be considered a plus
- Fluency in Italian and a good knowledge of English
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Availability to move in different cities around Italy
- Commercial attitude, good communication and relation skills
- Analytical skills
