Sales Support Coordinator | Fixed-Term Contract
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Drive the highest levels of quality towards our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.
This is an administrative support position for sales force.
Performs clerical duties and provides administrative and operative support duties for a sales office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Handling of sales rates received from TM Hamburg
Handling of missing sales rate agreement
Handling local tenders based on input from Sales SV team
Customer Data Management (Organizational Catalogue)
Verifying the correctness of contract rates retrieved by the system
Dispute and exception handling
Assist Customer Service with Problem Solving regarding rates / revenues where needed
Submits and checks tariff filings
Supports E- Business department
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
University Degree, Business Administrator, Commercial Engineer, International Trade or equivalent
Experience in a commercial role, preferably in the Maritime Industry
Good command of written and spoken English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Positive attitude
Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one's self for personal development
