**What you'll do

Supporting your assigned tutor, you will:

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in managing entry permissions to our services

- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient granting of permissions

- Ensure customer portals are updated and operational

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding entry permissions and portals

- Ensure customers receive appropriate assistance and support in utilizing the online portals

- Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve any permission or portal-related issues or discrepancies

- Maintain accurate documentation of activities performed

**What you'll need?

- Diploma in Administration or equivalent

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse functions

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and data management

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information

**What's on offer?

- 6 months internship, 800€ per month + ticket lunch 9€
