As an intern you will aid the Sales and Marketing team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**This position reports to**:

Customer Support Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the status of orders.

- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.

- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.

**Your background**:

- Student in Economy, Finance, Management Engineering.

- Knowledge of MS office (Excel).

Good analytical skills - sensitive to numbers, experienced Excel user.

- Strong written and spoken communication skills both in Italian and English language.

- An agile and proactive approach and a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
