Electrification, South and East Europe Sales Process Specialist This position is part of the organization of Commercial Operations, our mission is to implement and operationalize the marketing and Sales process, sales support infrastructure, marketing intelligence and Sales training in a dedicated area of responsibility.
**This position reports to**:
EL Customer Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales process.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high level of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
- Representative LSO for all tools related topic in the area.
Support the implementation and the development and use the opportunity tracking tolls and collect the business requirement.
- Ensure a proper communication and update on issue related to tools development and new functionalities.
- Collaborate to the alignment on relevant KPIs to track and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Inquiry to order process.
- Support the development and sharing of sales report as well as of market intelligence essentials.
- Contribute to the team culture of quality and performance, supporting sharing of best practice.
**Your background**:
- University degree in IS, engineering or economics.
- Less than 2 years of experience in any of the following areas: sales support, customer operations, continuous improvement, project management, sales process management is appreciated.
- Deep understanding of business processes as well as of organization setup.
- Good relational skills.
- Strategic thinking and IS knowledge to be able to work at different levels in the organization and with different stakeholders to enable sales process effectiveness.
- Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English in Italian.
