Support the Regional Sales Manager, internal sales team and distributors with the implementation of Business Development Strategies within the Workplace & Community business to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue acceleration, market share gain, and over performance of yearly targets.
**_ Key Responsibilities_
Support the primary Sales Force in Distribution Channel Management alongside the Community Defibrillation referral process, ensuring smooth operational approach and the highest levels of Customer satisfaction are maintained in order to drive revenue performance and acceleration.
This encompasses in particular, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain overview dashboards to reflect weekly/monthly/yearly revenue performance to assist with business overviews and Distributor service level agreement reviews.
- Administration and maintenance of all contracts and price tables in compliance with company requirements.
- Responsible for qualifying and managing first line responses to sales leads and where applicable, updating CRM database.
- Administrative support for tender preparation
- Co-ordinating contact between Customer Service, Technical Service, Product Management, Product Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Pricing and Tender departments to meet Customer and Distribution Channel requirements and excellence in account management is developed / maintained.
- Market & business analysis of the local market to gain deeper insight into the Workplace & Community landscape, install base, and competitive market segments.
- Supporting Marketing Manager EMEA at trade shows and events.
**Requirements**:
- University degree (any) - Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business Administration or Engineering degree desirable.
- Fluency in English and in one of the following languages: Italian (strongly preferred), French or Spanish
- Ideally from 1 to 3 years of customer service and/or customer administration and/or Sales support experience
- Advanced competences with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel (Macro and Pivot)
- Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to build relationships.
- Able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed.
- Previous sales or marketing experience highly desirable.
