Sales Support Specialist
CCH Tagetik is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join the Go-to-Market Corporate team!
Reporting to the Go-to-Market Global Strategy Director, the Sales Support Specialist will be part of GTM Corporate team and will primarily focus on commercial support globally leading and commercial support team in executing on strategic sales priorities and results for specific regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide insights and recommendations to advise local sales leadership on forecasting and strategic decisions- Assist on Sales Leadership with forecast accuracy to help ensure consistent performance and alignment with Corporate Leadership- Support Account Executives on strategic deals, providing guidance on sales strategy, intercompany communication, references, RFPs, internal processes, sales presentations, sales technology, SFDC support, pricing and contract negotiation- Keep alignment with the Division Sales Operations function to shape the vision and optimize sales execution- Coordinate the collaboration between local Sales and the extended local teams to drive strategic initiatives (Marketing, Partners, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Services)- Support on pricing and contract negotiation- Support and collaborate in the GTM strategic initiatives
You should have:
- Fluency in English both written and spoken, any other European language i. e.
Italian, German, Dutch, French or Spanish is a plus- Business or commercial bachelor degree or similar qualification- At least 3 years' experience in sales administration, sales support and/or customer service, preferably in an international organization- Excellent communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building and creative problem solving- Good MS Office skills- Team player
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of CRM tool (Salesforce) with the ability to synthesize information efficiently- Experience in responding to tenders or RFPs is very beneficial- Knowledge about cloud software market is a plus especially- Experience or knowledge of tax software and services market is a plus- Demonstrated ability in projects management or PMI certification would be an advantage
