Join our team as a Sales Support Specialist and play a vital role in our sales office.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will take full ownership, oversee tender activities, and prepare the necessary documentation.

Your focus will be supporting sales activities throughout the buying cycle, including pre-sales, sales, implementation, and training stages.

**Responsibilities

- Carry out all administrative and technical aspects of the tender management process, including preparatory work, presales, and configuration.

- Ability to understand and analyze tender documents effectively.

- Adhere to strict rules and guidelines, particularly in legal matters that are highly sensitive.

- Collaborate with and provide support to the sales team to ensure the timely preparation and submission of tender documentation.

- Handle customization, validation and translation of Italian documentation as required.

- Think collaboratively to develop effective marketing strategies and provide assistance in understanding sales documentation.

- Assist in marketing preparation, including the creation of sales documentation and leaflets.

- Create presentations showcasing technical solutions for clients.

- Occasional travel may be possible but not necessary for the role.

**Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Administration or a related field, with a strong technical affinity.

- Able to understand and write technical documentation

- Multiple years of experience in Imaging, Healthcare, or related product environment are favored

- Familiarity with the bid and tender process.

- Excellent proficiency in written English and Italian.

- Proficiency in CAD is a significant advantage.
