This position reports toSales Support ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specifications or requirements/budget to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company.
You will be mainly accountable for:Formulating competitive bids/estimates/quotations, considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each situation. Ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
Managing the preparation of all technical, financial, and if necessary, project management aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation. Ensuring that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures. Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer/order and recording assumptions and decisions taken during the development process. Regularly reporting the status of the bids/estimates/quotations using defined tools and analyzing the reasons for tenders being lost and won. Identifying potential risks in bids, quotations, and estimates, and in related contract agreements across customers/channels. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluating supplier offers. Qualifications for the roleYou are skilled in the industrial automation sector with a specific background in process analytical systems. You have 5 or more years of experience in a similar role managing projects involving analytical systems. You are passionate about customer orientation and enjoy working in a team. Degree in Environmental, Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry. You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English. Availability for short-medium term travel (from 1 day to 2-3 weeks) within the national territory and abroad. What's in it for you?
