Sales Systems Architect (Iig, O&I, R&H)
Job Title: Sales Systems Architect (IIG, O&I, R&H)
What you'll do… Identify reliable and cost-effective solutions to match customer requirements, minimizing risk and maximizing value and customer experience.
Contribute to a long-term business strategy by specifying the right system combination that will enable long-term service contracts with our customers.
Utilize experience in the lighting sector across various applications: retail, hospitality, offices, manufacturing, logistics.
Support country Key Account Managers.
Work closely with Architecture Managers, Proposal Managers, Technical Designers, and System Engineers from the Systems Center.
Challenge and influence future developments and requirements from the Business Group by discussing with Value Proposition owners, Product Managers, and System Experts.
What you'll need… Technical Advanced Systems Architecture Knowledge: Advanced and up-to-date understanding of all our systems architectures; ability to select and suggest the right architecture to ensure compliance and required features for defined customer needs.
Advanced Technical/Domain Knowledge: High-level segment knowledge in communication protocols, network devices, and frameworks, including field/integration buses, middleware, security, and experience with software and 'as a service' platforms.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of how businesses operate; awareness of current and future policies, practices, trends, and competition; ability to support building value propositions early in the opportunity specification stage.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensures accurate documentation of technical proposals; supports the proposal manager by creating relevant documentation; monitors execution team implementations of selected architectures.
Behavioral Stakeholder Management: Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and needs in line with organizational objectives.
Strategic Thinking and Agility: Anticipates future consequences and trends; creates competitive strategies and plans; drives post-mortem learning loops for future technology roadmap updates.
Communication Skills: Able to convey messages clearly and succinctly in various communication settings.
Motivating Others: Creates a climate for high performance; delegates tasks effectively; empowers team members; coaches and guides team members for continuous improvement.
