In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us.

About You:

- At least 5 years of experience in Sales (experience in the area of e-commerce, events or media and advertising are a plus)

- At least 3 years experience leading and managing sales teams

- An entrepreneurial, can-do attitude (you get things done, period.

)

- A data-driven approach to decision-making

About the Role:

- Lead and grow the Fever team in Italy

- Identify in tandem with Ops the right partners to join the Fever marketplace and the Secret Media Network

- Collaborate with our Marketing and Media teams to ensure city growth

- Propel all team members to achieve and exceed monthly targets

- Hire and train new team members

- Coach current team members to ensure best in class performance
