**THE JOB ROLE
- **Sales Team Leader** who plays a critical role in managing EF products growth and reaching sales goals.
- You'll act as the main contact for teammates and for prospect and existing customers.
- You'll handle a diverse set of tasks ranging from sales and team support - by phone, in person and online to ensure the best possible customer service.
**REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent in English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and Italian.
- At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales team.
- Sales hunger and "Yes!
Attitude".
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
- Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools (eg.
Salesforce).
- Capable of working with rapidity changing deadlines and targets.
- Experience in training and motivating a sales team leading by example.
- Ability to influence and drive change and ensure a great execution.
- Charismatic personality with great negotiation, pitching and presentation skills.
**PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in international organizations operating in highly competitive markets.
- Educational Tourism background considered a plus.
**OFFER
- Fixed-term contract (12 months) aimed at subsequent employment.
- Milan, Italy.
- Starting Date: ASAP.
