**Sales Training Manager
**What this position is about - Purpose**:
In this position your predominant goal will be to maximize and evolve the strategy to train and develop the Field Force Team, continuously enhancing knowledge, skills and behaviors through a well-known understanding of Market environment, business categories evolution and Trade & Consumer trends.
This will allow us to bring capabilities up to speed with future requirements to maximize Field Force effectiveness and support in managing the Field Force career path to promote "growth from within" and Company's talent pipeline.
Your role will include identifying skills gaps, primarily functionals ones, and implement appropriate trainings to develop the Field Force Team to meet the objectives of the Company.
By this, you will be directly responsible for local adaptation of Marketing & Sales Corporate guidelines as well as benchmarking with JTI's market best practice.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
- Develop, lead and drive the definition and delivery of training plans building solid relationships with Sales Team to gain strong understanding of needs.
Identify and promote follow-up based on specific KPI's
- Strengthen and built the capabilities of Field Force through on field sales coaching of best practices, in-store execution and merchandising and mentoring program
- Develop and lead the Field Force career path to further develop all Trade Marketers in their current role / other sales roles and future talents to take over management functions
- Support performance evaluation process with the final objective to further align the evaluation method and standardize the criteria supporting Managers through coaching
- Manage the recruitment process of new Trade Marketers / Sales roles ensuring high standard.
Identify external providers according to the requirements
- Point of contact / facilitator for new Trade Marketeers induction / onboarding programs.
Built and lead the newcomer's development plan and follow-up through a strong presence on the Field
- Responsible for Sales Academy in development and implementation, with the objective to cover all needed capabilities for today and the future of Sales Force considering the rapidly changing environment
- Support Sales Director in defining appropriate incentive plans according to business and strategies evolution
- Support Sales Director in defining evolution strategy plan of Trade Marketers (timing, costs, numbers)
- Take proactive part to the Cross Functional Projects, when necessary, with the aim to further develop knowledge, skills, behaviors and tools for the Field Force
- Point of reference for HR synergies by implementing the Global Sales Architecture guidelines
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- You have a University Degree
- 5 years of experience in Sales in an international FMCG company or Electronics
- Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of sales process of goods
- Effective communicator fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing) is a must
- People management skills gained in previous professional assignment (this position does not have a direct team of subordinates)
- Communication and leadership skills
- Project management skills
- Willing and able to drive changes
