**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization

- Manage user requests and assist in improving business processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Be part of a project aiming to change internal systems and subscription management tools

**Requirements**:

**What we're looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Administrator certification

- Fluency in Italian

- 1+ year of experience in SaaS environments

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
