Responsibilities: Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports Full and proactive assistance in the scoping, design and implementation of the new & updated business work processes, including configuration of Salesforce and integration of the third-party systems and tools Managing the configuration of key business systems (Salesforce and systems directly integrated with Salesforce, such as B2B marketing tools, ERP, Subscription management systems etc), handle data flows and interfaces with other applications All aspects of user and licence management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups Working with external partners to test system & integration developments Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards Requirements What we're looking for: Good communication skills in Italian and English Experience of SaaS business (minimum of 1 year) Knowledge of Lightning Component, Apex Trigger, Apex Class, Batch, Validation Rules, Flows Experience with integration of third-party tools with Salesforce Detailed knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud offerings and demonstrated willingness to learn new skills Proven track record in ticket-based support process #J-18808-Ljbffr
