**About the role

Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a

**Salesforce Administrator (M/F/d) **to join our team in Rome.

**What You Will Do**:

- You will be in charge of the system administration, including managing configurations, permissions, process and workflow optimizations for a Salesforce service org

- You will manage user and data requests

- You will support with the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards

- You will provide first-level support for our users, an international community of over 400 users

- You will conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the correct behavior of features

- You will assist in creating training materials to ensure users are always up to date

- You will present new functionalities with live demos

- You will support with customizations using low-code tools like Flows

- You will assist in low-code integrations with business tools like PowerBI

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar, or a comparable qualification

- Minimum 2 years of working experience with Salesforce

- Certifications are a plus

- Knowledge on Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service are beneficial

- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Fluent in English, to cooperate into an international team

- Familiarity with agile processes is a plus
