We operate in the Customer Engagement area and specialize in developing systems and implementing significant IT transformation projects in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including Marketing Campaign Management, Customer Journey, Customer Service, Sales, and Post-Sales. We work in Italy and/or abroad for large companies across key market sectors, including Telco, Media, Energy & Utilities, and Manufacturing, in technologically advanced and stimulating work environments. You will be part of well-structured teams and in contact with experienced figures who will accelerate your professional growth in a perspective of constant training and development. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will: Interact with clients to gather requirements. Draft technical-functional documentation. Collaborate with the development team for solution implementation. Support the client and development team during application testing phases. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM projects based on the Salesforce platform, including: Requirements gathering. Knowledge of main Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud). End-to-end process management from requirements gathering to deployment. Drafting of technical-functional documentation. A plus is knowledge of Salesforce Industries clouds. Certifications in Salesforce such as Business Analyst are a plus. Additional Profile Requirements: Further Salesforce certifications related to Administrator, Developer, or Consultant paths such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and/or other Salesforce apps. Experience in projects managed in Agile mode (preferably Scrum). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach. Positive attitude, initiative spirit, and flexibility. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
