Summary: The Salesforce CRM Developer plays a vital role at Cavotec.
He/she will help us continually improve and enhance our CRM platform (SalesForce), gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.
The Role: Daily CRM administration Focusing on the technical aspects of Salesforce CRM implementation and customization Being responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of the CRM system's underlying infrastructure and functionality.
Architecting and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce development tools such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Integrating Salesforce CRM with other systems and applications.
Configuring and managing data models, security settings, and access controls within Salesforce CRM.
Writing code to automate business processes, data manipulation, and complex calculations within Salesforce CRM.
Troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.
Providing expert support to key stakeholders.
Ensuring trouble-free communication between CRM and other IT systems, especially ERP and Document management systems.
Supporting the business in building and maintaining data in the CRM.
Requirements: SOQL skills and APEX strong knowledge.
Strong understanding of CRM data model, knowledge of Salesforce and its configuration.
University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles (experience in an international B2B company will be a plus).
Able to work on multiple priorities with good analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
