Salesforce Functional Consultant

You will work in a dynamic environment on state of the art CX technologies (like Big data, Digital Marketing Automation, IoT, etc. )
in order to build modern and scalable end-to-end Salesforce Solutions able to support the business transformation journey of our customer increasing their competitiveness as a trusted business partner.

Role and Responsability:
- Defining, analyzing, and mapping commercial processes and the related impacts on the organization;
- Solution Requirement Collection and business assessment:
capability to Leading workshops preparation and execution for process design and improvements in Client facing mode;
- Conduct technological assessments on the customer's ecosystem, identifying pain points and suggesting optimization solutions;
- Process and Functional Solution Design:
drafting business requirements (functional and technical analysis documents) as part of the Solution Design process;
- Take part to pre sales activities by providing estimates effort for evolutionary projects and defining a work plan according to the customer's needs;
- Ability to work on Agile-like project implementation initiatives;
- Managing project deliverables and team:
coordinating the solution implementation by interacting and coordinating other team members to achieve the project objective in terms of timing and quality;
- Effectively communicate to client leaders and their teams to drive the change and independently managing client relationships at your level;
- Your role will require you to be always on top of new solutions, to study and evaluate them with a critical approach to understand if they could generate business by solving client problems.
As Functional Consultant we do not consider this a responsibility, we consider this an attitude;
- Your capabilities and skills are avalue for the company:
in order to support the evolution of the Customer Engagement Practice your responsibilities will also include training, mentoring and coaching the team members;
- Take actively part to Salesforce Platform Implementation phase (Hand-on Configuration);
- Be available, if necessary, to travel to national and international territories;
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
Experiência requerida
Required Functional and Technological Skills:
- Degree (such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Computer Science);
- Strong analytical skills and very good knowledge of the main CRM/Customer Experience functional processes (Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce);
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant on Salesforce Implementation Projects on Salesforce Platform configuration;
- Good knowledge and proven experience of at least one of the following Salesforce solutions:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2B) or Marketing Cloud;
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Administrator Certifications are considered a plus);
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification (Experience Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant are considered a plus).
Required Soft Skills:
- Ability to work by objectives and respecting deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with business key user in an effective way;
- Ability to provide End-to-End Solution Design and Implementation Effort Estimation;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a desire to break new ground and innovate;

- Ability to motivate and influence others to move towards a common vision or goal;
