Job Type: Part-Time Contract - 6 Months

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert to join our team and drive the success of our marketing automation initiatives.

Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing automation specialists. Ensure best practices in email marketing, customer journeys, and data management. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Requirements: Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly manadatory. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Marketing Cloud APIs. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Proven track record of leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from inception to delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus.
