Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Specalist

As part of the largest Global Media network, we work closely with GroupM agencies to give brands access to more than 6, 500 technology and data consultants, connecting data and technology investments to business results, while helping them stay at the forefront of innovation.
We are looking for a passionate, highly driven and curious Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist to join our Acceleration Digital Experience Team.
The candidate will work closely with both internal WPP/GroupM Agencies and external clients on business with the objective to drive sales results across the digital touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work with cross department teams to analyze business requirements and transform them in functional use case design in order to personalize communications across owned online channels (e. g.
eCommerce website).
Run A/B tests on the website to improve performance on conversion and click through.
Align website personalization use cases with other activation channels, such as CRM & Marketing automation, media, SEO etc.
Develop personalization use cases on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, setting up rules and HTML templates.
Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in order to lead the whole process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the client.
ABOUT YOU 2+ years professional experience in Customer Experience related roles (e-Commerce, CRM, etc. )
Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing, Engineering Management, Computer engineering or any related fields.
Up to date on the new technological landscapes and current trends in e-Commerce and CRM.
Consolidated knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (knowledge of similar personalization and marketing automation tools is a plus).
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Certification is a huge plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and autonomously.
Experienced working in a matrixed environment.
Highly organized with strong quantitative analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively both within the network (GroupM agencies) and to a range of client levels.
Proven ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Fluent English is a must.
LOCATION WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for smart working 10 days per month).
