What to expect from this position: Within Deda Digital, a Dedagroup company dedicated to designing platforms for Digital Business, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in managing complex projects and a good knowledge of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a results-oriented mindset. In particular, you will be responsible for: Managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities. Coordinating development teams, consultants, and end-users for implementations and improvements on Salesforce. Monitoring and mitigating project risks, ensuring effective execution. Managing communication between technical and business teams, ensuring constant alignment. Providing progress reports and key KPIs to company leadership. Must Have: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in structured environments. Experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Good knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Preferred certifications: Salesforce and Project Manager (e. g. , Salesforce Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master, or similar). Knowledge of Project Management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or MS Project. Good competency in written and spoken English. Nice to have: Experience managing Salesforce projects, focusing on implementations and integrations. Experience in projects within the utilities sector, with knowledge of the sector's dynamics and challenges.
