Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist
Job Summary: TYM North America, Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on product and parts order management.
The successful candidate will ensure that all back data and master data are efficiently managed and work closely with various teams (including HQ in South Korea) to innovate business processes and enhance the Salesforce system.
A strong understanding of SOQL is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, focusing on product and parts order functionalities.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of back data and master data to support business operations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions using Salesforce.
Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, objects, automation, and integrations related to orders and warranty claims.
Use SOQL to query Salesforce databases, ensuring data integrity and supporting complex reporting needs.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and manage user support requests related to Salesforce processes.
Oversee system updates and maintenance, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business goals.
Train and support staff on new Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and oversee integration of external tools with Salesforce.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly in managing product and parts order processes.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Strong understanding of master data management within Salesforce.
Experience with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for data querying and reporting.
Proven track record in process innovation and optimization using Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the tractor or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service workflows.
Experience managing Salesforce data migrations and system upgrades.
Basic understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
