**The role

They will also be joining an agile, young, international and innovative technical team that continuously keeps the platforms up to date with state-of-art technology and build industry-leading systems across the cloud.

**Main responsibilities

- Daily administration of Soldo Salesforce Org that supports Online/Direct Sales and Customer Success teams

- Improve Salesforce processes based on the usage/needs of the internal stakeholders

- Ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team

- Helping boost the adoption and mentoring teams on how to use Salesforce to improve data quality

- Develop, if needed, custom solutions (Apex Code, Lighting Web Components) needed to support more complex business processes

**About you

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- Previous experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (User Management, Profiles and Role, Field Configuration, Page Layouts)

- Technical proficiency with Apex coding, Flow and Lighting Web Components

- Data analytics mindset, ability to extract insights creating reports and dashboards

- Strong attention to details

- Proficiency with testing and debugging

- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within your own team, department and the wider business

- Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

**It would be nice if you have

- Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge

- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and most common supporting tools (Jira)

- Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
