**The role
- Daily administration of Soldo Salesforce Org that supports Online/Direct Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Improve Salesforce processes based on the usage/needs of the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team.
- Helping boost the adoption and mentoring teams on how to use Salesforce to improve data quality.
Develop, if needed, custom solutions (Apex Code, Lighting Web Components) needed to support more complex business processes.

**We're looking for someone who must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (User Management, Profiles and Role, Field Configuration, Page Layouts)
- Technical proficiency with Apex coding, Flow and Lighting Web Components
- Data analytics mindset, ability to extract insights creating reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency with testing and debugging
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within your own team, department and the wider business
Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

**It would be nice if you have
- Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and most common supporting tools (Jira)
- Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
