Duties And Responsibilities_

- _ Assist Continence patient via inbound calls and outbound calls, advising patients and managing follow up of pending cases_

- _ Monitor new patients recovering from recent surgeries_

- _ Managing queries of Convatec patient via web services_

- _ Domiciliary Care Patient Management_

- _ Act as point of contact for HCP and RETAILERS_

- _ Support internal sales team_

- _ Act as a liaison between COO and/or colleagues_

- _ Maintaining accurate records of patient's contact details _

- _Prepare ad hoc report_

- _ Managing contact service tool (voice mail and WhatsApp)_

- _ Actively collaborate with Sales team for managing competitor patient_

**_ Travel Requirements_

- Limited travels according to the business needs_

- Language Skills Required:_

- _ Italian: native level_

- _ English: Business English is mandatory (Speaking/Writing/Reading)_

**_ Qualifications_

- Scientific degree (health care and or medical field) - Psychology_

**_ Other skills:_

- _Clear, firm and confident tone of voice_

- _Empathy_

- _Listening skills_

- _Determined but not aggressive, precise and responsible_

- _Correct diction_

- _Organization skills_

- _Knowledge of IT systems_

- _Ability to work in a team_

- _Resilience and ability to cope with stress_
