Set up meetings to present our embroidery samples and products for fashion and interiors to clients. Manage sampling and production orders from clients. Prepare accurate purchase orders based on client specifications for the factory teams in Mumbai. Track and follow up on sampling orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Maintain comprehensive season-wise records of all orders received for reference and analysis. Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss seasonal orders and requirements. Monitor sampling received each season and liaise with clients for production follow-ups. Assist in payment collection against invoices from clients, if necessary, ensuring financial transactions are handled smoothly. Contribute to the management of the office/showroom in Paris, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Requirements: Must be bilingual - English and French. Must be able to multi-task.
