Our R&D Department is the _Competence Centre_ for Bosch Vacuum Pumps and Electric Oil Pumps at a _Global level_.

Furthermore, the company produces engine Oil / Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passenger car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles.

VHIT employs about 500 people.

Job Description

Help shape the future**:You will participate in the IT team with an international exposure; You will contribute to digital transformation development and process innovation; You will have the opportunity to works with SAP system and data security technologies.

**Create something new**: You will be part of SAP R/3 support team and you will shape industry processes.

**Live cooperation**:You will work closely with end users to understand their needs, design with them the new digital process and follow the SAP implementation directly in production.

**Take responsibility**: You will actively propose new solutions to solve specific use case; You will be accountable for supporting end-user in resolving SAP issues and requests for assistance.

**Integrated implementation**: You will define and review data security related procedures and user authorization concept; You will monitor their respect and implementation; You will coordinate the external supplier for data security activities.

**Live Internationally**:You will live in an international environment and have relationships with different cultures.

Qualifications

Education**: Management Engineering, IT Degree or similar background;

**Experience and Know How**:Experience, even short, preferably in a manufacturing company with SAP R/3 as ERP system;

**Technical knowledge**: Good knowledge of SAP R/3 ERP with focus on PP and SD module;

**Personality**:Goal-orientation, team working, analytical skills, flexibility, proactivity, problem solving, willingness to take responsibilities;

**Language skills**:Fluent English;

**Interests**: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment; enthusiast about innovation and digitalization.
