For our locations in the Czech Republic or Portugal we are looking for a committed team player as SAP Application Specialist HCM.

SAP Application Specialist HCM

80-100% (M/F/d)

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support of all worldwide SAP HCM processes within the RONAL GROUP

- Continuous improvement of SAP HCM processes in close cooperation with the process owners

- Recording and analyzing new requirements and processes in cooperation with the respective stakeholders

- Coordination and implementation of functional and integration tests

- Processing incoming change requests

- Creation of detailed documentation in the area of SAP HCM

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Higher education (University of Applied Sciences or comparable) with a focus on business informatics

- Sound knowledge and experience in SAP HCM

- Experience in customer support (2nd level support)

- Good written and spoken English skills, preferably combined with German

- Strong analytical and conceptual way of working

- Team player with good intercultural skills

- Convincing appearance and good assertiveness
