SAP BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SENIOR CONSULTANTFor BTS Team in Italy we're looking for an experienced professional who shines in the following areas:Drive the Business Transformation Journeys for strategic customers of the Market Unit and the Region, focusing on Value RealizationAct as trusted advisor to C-LevelsConnect the Customer Strategy to the Intelligent Enterprise value proposition, while promoting Best Practices adoption, Clean Core concept and AI-driven automation of processesCreate demand for Business Transformation ServicesUncover opportunities to drive customer's innovation agendaContribute to internal and external perception of team reputationActively support Services Organization KPIs attainmentSafeguard quality of team contribution and deliverablesBe eager to develop his/her skills set according to demandDemonstrate leadership when coordinating projects and resourcesEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSHigher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e. g.

)EXPERIENCEAt least 10 years of professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibilityExperienced in driving Digital Transformation projects within complex environments, both domestic and internationalFamiliar with key SAP's solutions, namely S/4HANA on RISE, BTP, LoBs applications (e. g.
