**Mission

The SAP Compliance & Fiscal Specialist will be part of our Finance Team, reporting to Business Controller Italy, but will be working for both Italian and International divisions within Multiair Italia Srl legal entity.

The person we are looking for will ensure a high standard of accounting records and the compliance of our ERP/management system, verifying the consistency with local tax requirements and Group guidelines (_The Way We Do Things_).

The resource will also act as a primary interface with external fiscal and tax consultants, as well as with the auditing company.

- Compliance and audit_

- Ensure compliance with local tax legislation.

- Verify fiscal implications of new developments/changes in the ERP software (SAP).

- Support the Business Controller in highlighting non-compliance and raising potential red flags.

- Support the external consultant in the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statement.

- Support in the management of audits, both internal and external.

- Tax returns and statements_

- Periodic and annual VAT preparation and Belgian VAT refund.

- Support in other annual and periodic fiscal obligations (tax return, IRAP, Intrastat, . . ).

- Taxes payments and F24;

- Management of statements of intent.

- Management of e-invoicing portal.

- Reporting and reconciliation_

- Verify the correct flow of bookings.

- Monthly reconciliation of BS accounts, in collaboration with Brno Hub.

- Ensure the compliance with SOP and Group Policies indicated in 'The Way We Do Things'.

- Monthly accrual of Cur Tax and Def Tax.

- Monthly reconciliation of Payroll (ext.

consultant) for Reporting.

**Experience and knowledge

The SAP Compliance & Fiscal Specialist must have either an accounting diploma or a degree in Finance, with relevant previous experience, in particular in supporting the closure of financial statements and in fulfilling tax obligations.

Knowledge of Italian tax legislation and of local and IFRS accounting principles.
