Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business & Technology Integration - Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves working in a managed service environment for SAP applications, specifically focusing on SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP ILM and SAP Archiving, with a background in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities: Work in a managed service environment supporting SAP applications. Analyze, design, and implement business processes and systems related to SAP ILM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business and technology integration. Provide expert advice on SAP ILM and archiving strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize system performance. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Requirements: Must-have: Proficiency in SAP ILM. Nice to have: Experience with SAP Archiving. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
