**Posizione**:

Digital Diversity Week supports ABB in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L. 68/99) to be placed as SAP Controlling Functional Analyst.

Your responsibilities:

- Collects & analyzes ABB requirements from local AFC functions (mainly Italy/France but also Croatia-Serbia/Greece/Turkey/Spain) and from the Group. Requires good knowledge of period-end procedure and Record to Report processes including Group Consolidation e. g. USGAAP/IFRS accounting principles.

- Understands AFC processes. Provides expert advice. Designs and assists in the development of business process descriptions. Having good controlling understanding, works directly with the AFC team to provide the best solution - this includes managing deliverables as well as managing activities. Builds strong relationship within the AFC team. Ensures that timelines are met as defined.

- Translates requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties. Creates and maintains the Business Blueprint (BBP - detailed process description and requirements document).

- Guides and monitors task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility. Coordinates with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.

- Proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services.

- Creates and executes plans for SAP requirements and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.

- Supports the Application Run Organization in the incident and problem resolution when functional verification is required. Be reference for Internal Control/SOX in Controlling area.

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the protected categories l. 68/99

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Economics or a similar discipline and about 2 years of experience as SAP CO Functional Analyst with at least 2 full SAP project implementation.

- Technical skills: SAP CO modules including Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Revenue Recognition (Result analysis methods) and strong integration with Accounting (NewGL + Functional Area - CoS), Sales and Logistic modules.

- Project System knowledge with focus on Controlling and integration with Production. Report painter/writer knowledge, Query design and basic ABAP skills oriented to debugging are required.

- Experience considered as a plus: S/4 Hana implementation, BW/BI and Material Ledger experience.

- Background on similar ABB manufacturing industries is a plus.

- Fluent English and Italian both written and spoken.

- Availability to travel occasionally to ABB locations.

- Ability to think independently to challenge traditional solutions; analytical and Problem-Solving attitude; ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload.
