We are now looking for a SAP Functional Analyst to join the Group IT Infrastructure function located in Verona, providing services to both our business units, Paper and Self-Adhesive.

How you'll drive our transformation:

- Reporting directly to the Head of IT Staff Functions, you will be accountable for managing the IT systems related to all Procurement processes, and you won't stop there - you'll be an active participant in company initiatives as either a team member or leader.

- You will be the relationship-builder, managing expectations and fostering good relations with local business leaders and stakeholders across all functional areas.

- You will ensure solid collaboration with other IT units & Digital teams to address reporting needs.

- You will support business functions and users in data extractions, collection, and massive updates.

- Together with the IT central infrastructure team, you'll monitor and develop our subsidiary's infrastructure and WAN/LAN network.

- You will keep the ship sailing smoothly by managing daily activities and incidents, always aiming to increase the quality of service delivered.

- You will identify problem areas and design effective solutions to be implemented.

- You will collaborate with Local IT to maintain standards and functionality and you'll get to lead or participate in central projects.

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar professional experience.

- You have top-notch analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

- You are curious and don't leave any stone unturned to solve problems for your internal customers

- You're a people-person, with strong relational skills and the ability to collaborate with different functions of the company.
