**Responsibilities**:

- Provide SAP Application, Database, Operating System and infrastructure support, including but not limited to Performance Tuning, Transport Management of SAP environment:

FMS/BW/BO/CAR /CRM/HYBRIS

- Support the integration of emerging SAP technologies (e. g.

:

HANA, FIORI / UI5, etc. )

into Enterprise environments

- Setting of SAP roles and manage authorization processes in a secure way.

- Integrate and support cloud, and on-premises servers providing high availability backup and storage area network (SAN) solutions and tools

- Participate in the design and implementation of Proof-of-Concept activities consistent with enterprise architecture team

- Design, develop and implement approaches for historical data retention and archival storage backup and recovery solutions

- Advise the project team of SAP technology requirements, methodology, processes and best practices

- Work in a collaborative team environment with other operational(e. g. , OS, DBA, network, security, etc. )

Profilo

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.

- 3-5+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting SAP/HANA Environment

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in a UNIX/Oracle environment

- Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of SAP products including but not limited to FMS/BW/BO/CAR /CRM/HYBRIS

- Oracle certified DBA is a plus

- Planning, designing, implementing and maintaining SAP solutions for our customers using SAP Release Management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices to deliver functionality on time, on budget which meet business needs

- Effective Task organization skills, including the ability to realistically assess, plan for, and logically organize complex technical tasks

- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.

- Proven tracking record of successful achievements

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all IT team members and stakeholders of all brands

- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills as well as soft skills in general are a must
