Position: SAP IS- Oil TSW Consultant (Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench)Location: Remote (Occasional visits onsite in Milan)Employment: ContractProject: Greenfield S/4 HANA ImplementationWe are working with an Italian consultancy on the lookout for an IS - Oil TSW specialist to join their team for a large scale S/4 Hana project within the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities:Lead the SAP IS-Oil TSW functional workstream ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Configure and implement SAP TSW components, including Nomination, Ticketing, Planning, Scheduling, and Stock Projection Worksheet (SPW). Work closely with trading, scheduling, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to define business requirements and deliver an optimized SAP solution. Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with related modules, including SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), TRM (Treasury & Risk Management), and Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM). Provide expert guidance on TSW integration with external trading and logistics platforms, as well as third-party terminals and pipeline operators. Experience:5+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience, with a focus on TSW (Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench). Strong expertise in nominations, scheduling, ticketing, stock projection, and integration with hydrocarbon supply chain processes. Experience with SAP TD (Transportation & Distribution), SAP HPM (Hydrocarbon Product Management), and Exchange Agreements is highly desirable. Familiarity with SAP integration to external trading platforms, pipeline operators, and terminal automation systems. Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations in SAP IS-Oil and digital transformation trends in the Oil & Gas sector. Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
