We are currently looking for an SAP MM Consultant for one of our clients' projects based in Italy.

Details Title: SAP MM Consultant Start: ASAP End: 6-12 months initial contract + extensions 100 % capacity Location: Remote work Candidates are required to be based in Italy.

Scope: Analyze and design processes and systems related to Indirect Procurement, specifically using SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba for Supplier Management and Purchase Order (PO) processing.

Assess the current state of procurement operations, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and propose a future state solution.

Design integration strategies between SAP S/4 HANA and other tools, ensuring seamless flow of data and processes across systems.

Conduct research and synthesize information to understand customer requirements and provide a tailored solution to meet business needs.

Work on the PRD (Product Requirements Document) and manage the pilot phase of the implementation of SAP S/4 for Indirect Procurement.

Skills: 4-6 years of solid experience in SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on SAP MM / Indirect Procurement.

Experience integrating SAP Ariba for supplier management, purchase order processing, and vendor collaboration.

In-depth understanding of procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing.

Ability to design and implement system integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and third-party tools , ensuring optimal workflow and data synchronization.

Strong analytical skills to assess current systems and business models, identify requirements, and define a future state solution.

Proven ability to define and document business solutions and product requirements.

Experience in change management during SAP implementation and transformation projects.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement management and digital transformation.
