About the RoleA leading global manufacturer is undergoing adigital transformation , leveragingSAP S/4HANAand advancedProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) systemsto enhance business processes and drive innovation.

As aDigital Business Partner , you willalign digital strategies with business objectives , ensuring seamless collaboration betweenEquipment Portfolio & Innovation teamsand theDigital & Technology division.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to alignbusiness and digital strategies.

Develop and drive adigital roadmapthat enhancesPLM, ERP, and advanced design capabilities(e. g. , Model-Based Engineering, Digital Twin, IIoT).

Lead theadoption of digital solutions , measuring their impact and driving continuous improvement.

Overseetechnology implementation , working withSAP, Siemens Teamcenter, SolidWorks , and other key systems.

Providethought leadership , leveraging external insights todrive innovation.

Lead aglobal, cross-functional team , ensuring talent development and fostering collaboration.

Skills & Experience 10+ yearsof experience indigital transformation, business partnering, or IT leadershipin amanufacturing environment.

Strong background inPLM systems, CAD integrations, ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).

Experience withlarge-scale technology programsusingDevOps & Waterfall methodologies.

Deep understanding ofdata migration, integration, and advanced design tools.

Proven leadership instakeholder management, IT operations (AMS), and change management.
