A leading global manufacturer is undergoing adigital transformation, leveragingSAP S/4HANAand advancedProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) systemsto enhance business processes and drive innovation.

As aDigital Business Partner, you willalign digital strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration betweenEquipment Portfolio & Innovation teamsand theDigital & Technology division. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to alignbusiness and digital strategies.

Develop and drive adigital roadmapthat enhancesPLM, ERP, and advanced design capabilities(e. g. , Model-Based Engineering, Digital Twin, IIoT).

Lead theadoption of digital solutions, measuring their impact and driving continuous improvement.

Overseetechnology implementation, working withSAP, Siemens Teamcenter, SolidWorks, and other key systems.

Providethought leadership, leveraging external insights todrive innovation.

Lead aglobal, cross-functional team, ensuring talent development and fostering collaboration. Skills & Experience 5+ yearsof experience indigital transformation, business partnering, or IT leadershipin amanufacturing environment.

Strong background inPLM systems, CAD integrations, ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).

Experience withlarge-scale technology programsusingDevOps & Waterfall methodologies.

Deep understanding ofdata migration, integration, and advanced design tools.

Proven leadership instakeholder management, IT operations (AMS), and change management.

Fluent in English;French and/or Italian is a plus. If you have experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation in PLM, we'd love to hear from you!

Aside from Italy, we're also open to candidates from Spain or France who are comfortable with travelling to Italy on site.
