SAP Project Manager:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with advanced expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud consulting to lead a critical implementation project in India. This role involves managing the roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud while providing expert guidance to ensure the project's success. The focus will be on realigning the project trajectory, improving team collaboration, mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Your roleProject Realignment: Assess and realign the current project trajectory to ensure timely completion of milestones, guiding the project towards successful delivery. Collaboration Improvement: Strengthen coordination between system integration teams and internal departments to ensure a smooth SAP S/4 HANA Cloud roll-out. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential issues and risks, implementing timely solutions to prevent disruptions and minimize project delays. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing weekly and monthly updates to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Program Monitoring: Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to achieve program goals and deliverables. RequirementsProven experience in managing large-scale SAP S/4 HANA Cloud roll-out projects. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Expertise in Program and Project Management. Strong coordination and collaboration skills with diverse teams. Ability to proactively manage risks and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain transparency with stakeholders. Location: Sesto San Giovanni
