We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Flexible Management) Consultant with strong expertise in IFRS 16 to join our client's team for a Greenfield S/4 HANA implementation for a leading Oil & Gas client.

This project involves the setup and configuration of SAP RE-FX for managing real estate leases in compliance with the IFRS 16 standard.

The project will take place in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will play a critical role in enabling the client's lease accounting processes. ResponsibilitiesLead SAP RE-FX Implementation: Drive the implementation of the SAP RE-FX module, ensuring that all requirements for real estate and lease management (in line with IFRS 16) are successfully addressed within the S/4 HANA environment. IFRS 16 Compliance: Provide expertise in managing lease accounting processes as per IFRS 16 guidelines, ensuring that all lease agreements, both operational and financial, are appropriately reflected in the system. Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration and customization of SAP RE-FX to support the client's unique real estate management requirements, including lease data management, accounting, and reporting. Integration with Other Modules: Ensure seamless integration of SAP RE-FX with other SAP modules, particularly FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and MM (Materials Management). Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users, project managers, and functional teams to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. ExperienceExperience with SAP RE-FX: Proven experience in the SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module, ideally in an implementation or upgrade capacity. IFRS 16 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting standards, including asset and liability recognition, lease modifications, and disclosures.

Experience in aligning the RE-FX module with IFRS 16 requirements is crucial. Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oil & Gas sector, especially in handling large and complex lease portfolios.

Experience with industry-specific lease processes is highly desirable. Project Lifecycle Experience: Full-lifecycle implementation experience, in both Greenfield & Brownfield projects, from design through to go-live. SAP Certification in RE-FX: Certified SAP Consultant in SAP RE-FX (Real Estate) is preferred. Fluency in English: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
