For one of my customer in Italy we are looking for a SAP retail consultant.

Duration: Until end of 2025(renewable) Location: Milan(Hybrid) Description: As part of the roll out of our SAP solution we need to reinforce the SAP Application maintenance team to support Retail back office processes on our SAP FMS and CAR solutions.

The role will be : Contribute to the support services in the Retail back office domain with AMS (Application Maintenance Services) factory and regional application hubs As part of Evolutive maintenance you will be in charge of : Gathering business requirements for change request Deliver/ review change request functional specification Follow up build factory deliveries Review and contribute to the testing of the change, support business UAT On incident you will act as level 3 escalation when AMS factory (L2) will need functional support Help AMS L2 implement best practices monitoring and alerting processes Skills: • SAP ECC professional with expertise of 10 years in Retail and distribution (Preferably SAP FMS, AFS, Retail, CAR) • You also have been working on SAP projects in the fashion / retail domains • You have experience on the implementation of integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions (Point of Sales Systems, Distribution, …) • ABAP skills to facilitate interaction with build factory and ability to make simple debug activities are expected • Knowledge and experience of ticketing solutions for application support will be appreciated (Jira) • English is a must in writing and speaking (Italian is advantage) • You have international experience and mindset You are customer focused and possess: the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop solutions to a variety of problems Eexcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings Good interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management and external contacts Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
