Global Technical Recruiter Asenium | International Finance For one of our customers in Italy, we are looking for a SAP Retail Consultant. Duration: Until end of 2025 (renewable) Description: As part of the rollout of our SAP solution, we need to reinforce the SAP Application maintenance team to support Retail back office processes on our SAP FMS and CAR solutions. The role will be: Contribute to the support services in the Retail back office domain with AMS (Application Maintenance Services) factory and regional application hubs. As part of Evolutive maintenance, you will be in charge of: Gathering business requirements for change requests Delivering/reviewing change request functional specifications Following up on build factory deliveries Reviewing and contributing to the testing of the change, supporting business UAT On incidents, you will act as level 3 escalation when AMS factory (L2) needs functional support. Help AMS L2 implement best practices monitoring and alerting processes. Skills: SAP ECC professional with 10 years of expertise in Retail and distribution (Preferably SAP FMS, AFS, Retail, CAR) Experience working on SAP projects in the fashion/retail domains Experience in the implementation of integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions (Point of Sales Systems, Distribution, …) ABAP skills to facilitate interaction with the build factory and the ability to perform simple debugging activities Knowledge and experience with ticketing solutions for application support (Jira) will be appreciated Fluent in English (writing and speaking); Italian is an advantage International experience and mindset You are customer-focused and possess: The ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop solutions to a variety of problems Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings Good interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, and external contacts Ability to work independently or in a team environment, as well as the ability to work extended hours as required Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: Technology, Information and Media J-18808-Ljbffr
